Get involved in this exciting new project to help post-fire recovery in Blackheath!
Since the 2019-20 fires, the native vegetation in Blackheath is recovering at an exciting rate. Unfortunately, so are the weeds! The fires stimulated a mass germination of Gorse and Broom in this beautiful Blue Mountains Swamp, upstream of the Braeside walking track. Here is your chance to contribute to the massive long-term efforts of local Bushcare volunteers and help tackle these high priority weeds before they flower and release seed.
