The 1995 summit was convened by the Member for the Blue Mountains  Bob Debus with a Steering committee of local Environment Groups, over 14-15 October, 1995. A range of expert speakers and workshops covered 12 topics.
Detailed recommendations come from these workshops, and letters subsequently sent to relevant Government Ministers or Council. The Bushcare Network and individual Bushcare Groups played an active role in this process over a 2 year period.
